Localized Cryotherapy FAQs
What is localized cryotherapy?
Localized cryotherapy is a targeted cold therapy treatment that uses extremely cold air to treat a specific area of the body for a short, controlled period of time. At Warsaw Cryo, treatments are administered at approximately -110°F and can be focused on areas experiencing soreness, stiffness, discomfort, or inflammation.
How is localized cryotherapy administered?
During your session, our trained staff directs the cryotherapy device over the specific area being treated. The device is continuously moved across the area rather than holding the cold in one spot.
The treatment is brief and controlled, allowing us to target a specific area without exposing your entire body to extreme cold. What areas of the body can be treated?
